[ltp] Enabling DMA for T41? (working!)

It's working now! I just had to compile the chipset IDE support for it.
CONFIG_BLK_DEV_PIIX=y

Now it reads 
root # hdparm -Tt /dev/hda

/dev/hda:
 Timing buffer-cache reads:   1664 MB in  2.00 seconds = 831.71 MB/sec
 Timing buffered disk reads:  102 MB in  3.06 seconds =  33.35 MB/sec
