[ltp] AC adapter too hot?

The adapter on my T41 gets extremely hot when both the computer is being 
powered off of it and the battery is being recharged.  It cools off a bit 
when the battery is full, but is still warm to the touch.  As far as I can 
tell, this is normal as a freinds Dell does the same thing.
