[ltp] TP-R40e Configuration

Hi !

I added some items to my TP-R40e-configuration-description at:

Itīs not yet finished now - but maybe this would be interesting for
you. Some things are are still not working now - maybe someone has
soulutions for the following problems:

  - Accessing the thinkpad-keys
  - hibernating
  - using the modem
  - getting hardware-acceleration for the vga-adapter
    (dri-runk should work, but it seems that this
    vga-dapter is still not supported)
