[ltp] thinkpad memory problems

I have a similar problem - supposedly, my 770 can use up to 256Mb and 
comes with 32Mb on the mobo already. I bought two 128Mb DIMMs and 
installed them but the BIOS reports only 228Mb.

Is this the same thing? I dont know if the 32Mb built-in is a removable 
DIMM.
