[ltp] R40e modem & kernel 2.6

Thanks for the input, but still no luck - not sure alsa is the way to go wi=
th this particular modem.

Docs (and my experiences!) seem to suggest it's not the driver to use.=20
The driver loads, but there is still only the one (sound) card listed under=
 /proc/asound, assuming the modem would show up there...

Back to playing around with slmodem I guess.
