[ltp] 770z sound (FC2 ALSA)

Just installed Fedora Core 2 on a 770z TP. Everything works all right
except sound. Darned ALSA.

Someone posted an /etc/modules.conf file that allegedly works a while back
on the list. Tried it, and it didn't work. The file has in it: "options
snd-card-cs4236 . . . " But the sound chip is a cs4232, not a '36. Tried
changing references to 4236 to 4232, but that didn't work either.

All right (sigh). Has anyone gotten sound to work on a 770z with ALSA? If
so, how? Please help with /etc/modules/conf or any other relevant info.

Thanks.
