There is the problem, i actualy use the 2.6.7-rc1, but i compailed it
without the nessesary parts for my e1000 :-(, because i do use a WLAN PC
Card. If i load the e1000 my system freeze

So i needed to start an older kernel, i use now the 2.6.2-1. bringing up
eth0, ping my gateway, suspend to disk, resume and ping again.
No problems at all, its working!! even the lspci output looking not that,
like it should be...

of course USB makes trouble with this Kernel, but all my kernels from
2.6.6 are fine with the USB

Oh i forgot, this i made with no own DSDT, because i do load it normaly
with lilo but not anymore with this kernel.
If i have a more updated kernel, i can send you the output again, if it
will be interesting for you
