[ltp] T42p and TV-Out

I tried all that also, but it simply won't work for me either.  I got
the feeling all the suggested solutions where about getting atitvout to
*detect* the tv (which they helped in doing), but the VBE error being
reported was something different.  I could be wrong.

I've sort of given up until I can upgrade the X-Server to the merged
gatos drivers in XOrg 6.8.2+ and try again.
