   That's all you have to see, at the top of every ThinkPad ordering
   page last I checked, to know that IBM doesn't care about other
   OSes.

When I first went to order my thinkpad, the website listed one without
memory, drive or os. I tried to order it that way, no luck. I called
IBM and accused them of all kinds of high crimes with no luck. Wound
up with the most stripped down TP I could get. But, it still came with
windoze, which is now gone.
