Then you're trying to invoke a program that doesn't exist there (if at 
all).  Do 'type idectl', then if that fails, 'locate idectl' then if that 
returns nothing, 'find / -name idectl' (make sure you exclude places where 
binaries usually aren't such as /dev, /proc and /home)
