[ltp] r128 dualhead support for xorg

I recently got dualhead working on my r128 m3.  For those of you that
have a r128 based laptop, I'd love some feedback. modes on crtc2 are
still a little tweaky; if anyone has any suggestions I'd love to hear
them.  patch is here:
