[ltp] trackpoint not working properly

What do you mean by "clickable"? If you meant "does pressing down on
the Trackpoint generate a button 1 press?", then it probably doesn't.
It certainly doesn't on an A22p. The reasons for this should be
obvious since the Trackpoint gets pushed down to some extent under
normal usage.

Another poster said he only had one InputDevice section and it was
pointing at /dev/input/mice . This device is a pseudo-device that can
collect events from all mice that are connected (at least in the 2.6
kernels) and repeat them in a protocol of the user's choice (usually
IMPS/2). That might work for you. Or not... comments in
Documentation/input/ say that it currently collects events from USB
devices only, but those comments may be out of date.

Hm. There may be a kernel parameter you have to pass to have the PS/2
device repeat on /dev/input/mice . I don't know what that is since I'm
still using a 2.4 kernel. psmouse.proto=imps? I don't really have the
resources to test this stuff since I don't have any USB mice or
machines with a 2.6 kernel here.
