[ltp] where to get inexpensive memory upgrade for t40?

CDW has Viking memory (CDW part number 586369) for $314 that seems to be
the right memory (it's an equivalent to IBM 31P9834).

I've seen an equivalent as low as like $269 via pricewatch-y kind of
things, but I feel better ordering from somewhere I've ordered from
before, FWIW.
