[ltp] 2.6.9 does not fix acpi vs APM sleep power usage on T40p

On the other token 2.6.9 fixes the suspend to disk and USB can now
suspend and resume without taking any action (unloading the modules or
such). A step forward, but as you mentioned, still a problem for power
consumption while sleeping.
