Hi,
I have another problem with suspend. After suspending I have sound problems. I guess that the OSS-Driver is the problem. So I think I should change to ALSA, but how? I didn't found a site where it is explained for Debian. (I'm using Debian sarge).
What have I done:
- the kernel modules for alsa are compiled together with the oss.
- I installed alsa-base alsa-utils libasound2 and alsa-driver.
- I called alsaconf and choose my driver.
- I started alsa with /etc/init.d/alsa start.

After reboot no sound works.
I have an IBM Thinkpad R40 (Centrino) 2722 5MG

Some reports from the system
lspci -v

Hope that someone will have a hint for me.

Thanks in advance
