Hi,

first,
I use software-suspend2 , vers-2.1 for -2.6.9 for my machine.

second, I include my report from /proc/interrupts
cat /proc/interrupts
           CPU0
	     0: 4013183 XT-PIC timer
	       1: 3096 XT-PIC i8042
	         2: 0 XT-PIC cascade
		   8: 8 XT-PIC rtc
		     9: 9028 XT-PIC acpi
		      11: 247502 XT-PIC ohci1394, Intel
		      82801DB-ICH4, yenta, radeon@PCI:1:0:0,
		      ndiswrapper, uhci_hcd, uhci_hcd, uhci_hcd,
		      ehci_hcd, eth0
		       12: 82795 XT-PIC i8042
		        14: 65698 XT-PIC ide0
			 15: 118135 XT-PIC ide1
			 NMI: 0
			 ERR: 0

as You can see, there are also a lot of hardware on irq 11, but I have
no problem with resuming.
The solution have to be found in other details.

third,
I use ndiswrapper for my mini-pci wireless card in the R40 2722 5MG I
have.
Maybe that's an idea for You ?

regards

Ronald
