[ltp] Speedstep-centrino patch for debian?

I have the source.  I did a make xconfig but didn't see anything about power
management options, Im assuming that's what you meant by the kernel menu

    Do you have the source for the linux kernel? It is
in there. In the menu for the kernel:

    Power management options -> CPU Frequency
