[ltp] Thinkpad keyboard verndor in US that ships internationally?

Does anyone know a vendor in the USA that will sell a thinkpad t4x US
keyboard and ship internationally (part 08K5044)?  I bought an Italian
T42 and although you pay US$40 for these things in the USA from IBM (who
won't ship internationally), they appear to be about US$120 for them in
Europe (if you're lucky to find them in stock somewhere).  Maybe there's
a smalltime vendor somewhere specializing in thinkpads?
