[ltp] New ATI drivers

Seeing the ATI's list of improvements for the new driver (8.12.10), in
my opinion, it's not making the effort to install the new driver:

- no ACPI support yet, so suspend/resume problem persists;
- no word about DVI output improvements (starting for fglrx 8.8.25 DVI
output is not working anymore for a long list of graphic cards);
- compilation against 2.6.11 needs patches (there are probably already
available on rage3d.com, but this shows the interest that ATI has in
developing Linux drivers).

Just my opinion,
Ovi
