No need to replace the screws unless they're damaged. Cleaning them up
and applying new loc tite to prevent them from coming lose due to
vibrations should be sufficient.

Make sure you do not use a too "hard locking" loc tite grade or you
might not be able to unscrew the screws later on... I normally use a
drop of the blue grade loc tite when dealing with computers.
