[ltp] xorg dri enabled - processor C3 state not entered

Well, I can confirm that this happens on a T41 2378-deu, with a radeon
9000 M9 and a 2.6.12-rc2 kernel: when dri is enabled no C3 state is
entered. I use Debian sid + Xorg from ubuntu.
