[ltp] Dual Output Displays

I had a chance recently to play with a new Dell XPS laptop. On the back of the
laptop are both analog and digital video outputs. Utilizing a Suse 9.2
Install I was able to configure dual head output utilizing both of the
outputs. This was really a usefull configuration for my needs, but I would
prefer a thinkpad.

My docking station for my A31, and my port replicator for my T20 both have an
analog and a digital video output. So I was thinking that I might be able to
replicate the Dell XPS trick utilizing a newer thinkpad with a port
replicator, and getting both outputs of the port replicator to provide dual
video outputs.

So my question is, has anybody tried this? Is this a feasible configuration
using any thinkpad? I tried it with mine, but no luck. Any suggestions?

Thanks,

Ron
