[ltp] Fan always on problem... does it happen on R52 with the Intel Media Gr

Hi Jaime,
the key of it all is ibm-acpi, which permits to control fan.
Look at : http://ibm-acpi.sourceforge.net/.
For any laptop, if fan is marked as working, this kind of script will 
work like a charm.
