[ltp] ACPI sleep resume in Ubuntu

The same problem :(

When I resume, seems that all works fine.  The hard disk led blinks shortly... 
but between 30-35 seconds afther the resume, the hard disk led turns on and 
stay so.  Then the laptop hangs in 5 seconds.

I can provoke this before the 30-35 seconds with a sync commnand.

This time I can paste the resume log (note: eth1 is one WiFi PCMCIA card, but 
I have the same problem without the card)
