[ltp] [PATCH] ibm_acpi - Allow fan to be set to full speed

Hi Thomas,

patch works for T21, ibm_acpi v0.11.
When running on full-speed, /proc/acpi/ibm/fan:status reports disable  
instead of full-speed.
Nevertheless, great job!
