[ltp] T43p, fglrx, kernel 2.6.12-5, Xorg or XFree cpu usage consumes 99percent

I'm pretty sure the latest driver will build a debian install package 
(the docs on the ati are for an earlier driver that just supported 
suse and redhat.)
