[ltp] hdparm & spindown time : still having problems

On my drive, A Hitachi 7k60 on a T43, as soon as I set hdparm -B 128, 
even 
hdparm -S 1 /dev/sda
works by spinning down the drive five seconds after no disk activity. 
It seems that the trick is setting -B 128. Thanks for all the response!
