Seems like UPEK released the final version of their Bioapi BSP, just in
time before the Beta expires at the end of the year. The download is
available at http://www.upek.com/support/dl_linux_bsp.asp

In related news, I've tried to come up with a adapted patch for
xscreensaver (based on Josef Hajas' patch), if you're interested you can
find the patch, a pre-build Debian sid package and related information
