TV-Out/Composite can carry 2 sorts of signals: FBAS and CVBS. If your TV  
is setup to receive one sort and the Laptop uses the other sort you get  
b/w. Both devices must use the same signaltype.

Since i didn't have the problem i don't know how to change the tv-out on a  
TP.
