Hello all, I have recently upgraded my x40 to 1.25GB of ram. I now have a superfluous 256MB chip just sitting around. It is DDR PC2700, I think. If anyone in the D.C. area wants it they can have it. I live in Silver Spring. If not... then I'll just probably toss it. -David
