I don't think RAM is the the problem, but maybe you have something
special, which doesn't enter the suspend mode, PCMCIA Card, Wlan Card,
Bluetooth, Firewire or USB hard disk or something other.

I know that this works for Radeon 7500 and later, maybe it's your card,
but we should try to exclude all other possibilities. Is there a place
on your notebook, which stays warm on suspend and don't cool down. You
have to suspend it for an hour maybe to find this out.
