Unfortunate naming for the "kmilo" project.  MILO was indeed a bootloader
for a non-x86 architecture.  The Alpha architecture, to be specific. :)

Still got an Alphastation with Redhat on it in the closet, though I
haven't booted it up much since grad school.

(SILO - similar, but for Sparcs)

This kmilo thinkpad plugin sounds basically like something that does what
tpb does, only it doesn't matter to tpb what desktop you run.
