[ltp] Upgrade T41 2378DLU memory

Hi, 

This is a pure hardware question. 
My T41 has only 256M RAM. This makes me very difficult to run some big
programmes. So I want to add another memory module.

The support page of IBM is not very clear about the memory
compatibility. I want to buy the RAM locally. Is any 200Pin PC2700
SODIMM fine for this T41.

A canadidate for me is  CRUCIAL CT368653 512MB PC2700 200PIN SODIMM
DDR MEMORY 2.5V CL2.5 64MBX64 UNBUFFERED NON-ECC.
