[ltp] PATCH: radeon LCD plus DVI support

I'm checking out HEAD right now, i'll let you know the status of the
patch as soon as I can. Additionally, I'm not exactly sure what my
xorg config file should look like, aside from your suggestion of using
LVDS, TMDS
