[ltp] tp30, fc3, gnome and samba

I have a desktop computer (winXP) and a t30 (Linux FC3) connected using 
WIFI.
Samba and internet work very good but:
1) When I open the first time a WinXP folder from my t30 it show a 'username 
& password' request. I know that I can access to the folder with empty 
username and password... but can I avoid this request?
2) I can open t30 computer from WinXP but can't open it from t30 ?!?

Please help me...
