Hi

I own a Thinkpad R50p. I'd like to use some kind of suspend 2 ram,
doesn't matte if swsusp1 or swsusp2. problem is, that with using the
fglrx-drivers on xorg-6.8.0-r4 the machine suspends as asked, but on
resume there is no picture, but some multicolored, flickering crap on
the display.

i tried the swsusp in gentoo-dev-sources-2.6.10-r6
and i tried swsusp2 in combination with a development-sources-2.6.10-r1

neither one worked.

actually i'm trying the howto @ jenny-and-jp.org ut there is a problem
with the patches, some of them won't do. but i'll keep trying...

if using only the xorg-"ati" driver the machine suspends and resumes as
wished. but as i got a fire-gl card, i'd like to use it's capabilities.

someone knows a solution?
