[ltp] ATI Driver 8.10.19 not working on DVI

I've checked the ATI bug database, but the problem is not that it's
not showing output on DVI incorrectly. It does not show it at all. Also
Flavio experienced this on his laptop. The driver just ignores the DVI
output. The bug described is for corrupted display. The rage3d shows an
entry though for the Radeon 9100 with the problem I have it seem. I entered
a bug entry:
