out of an aborted project I have 5 sealed boxes of original IBM memory 
labeled as follows:

10K0023 DDR SDRAM Memory Upgrade
512MB PC2100 CL2.5 NP DDR SDRAM SODIMM
Contains: 1 - 64Mx64 2.5v 2.5-3.3 Serial- PD 200 - PIN (Au) SODIMM

If you wish we can agree on a price and I will send one or more to 
whoever needs them.
