[ltp] Maximising battery run time

When I'm on battery, I don't use the USB mouse. Plugging it in raises the=20
power consumption by around 2.5W. Lowering the Display to its darkest setti=
ng=20
saves you another 2.5W.

Putting the Harddrive to sleep only makes 0.5W difference.
