The fact of the mater is that the world has grown beyond territorial
boundaries. The governments, and self absorbed ethnocentric's, have yet =
to
realize this.......

So I have a ThinkPad T40 Centrino 2373 72U, and tried to install the new
Atheros 4G, and the BIOS tells me this is an "unauthorized minipccard" =
and
will not boot. I guess I am up the creak because of the Centrino?

Suppose a << continent >> as north-america or europe wants to (re)built =
a
factory for computer, laptop or photocopier, from scratch, without any
importation.

Is it possible ? How many time it'll take ? how many money ? howmay =
people ?

Have a good day !
