I just tried suspending to disk and it did poweroff after writing the
image, as before the upgrade.  Shouldn't it?

(The reason I did the upgrade was to find out if it fixed the video
output problems I have - Fn+F7 and /proc/acpi/ibm/video doesn't work.
But there were no difference)
