[ltp] Rescue and recovery broken after installing Gentoo

The WinXP cd I have doesn't like the thinkpad windows key. I think it's
an academic version, which has a different set of valid keys. After
installing WinXP, it still doesn't work :( So, it seems something else
is wrong.
