ibm-acpi.sf.net is what you are looking for. It provides a kernel modules 
that, when loaded with 'modprobe ibm-acpi experimental=1', enables you to 
read temperature values for the CPU, WiFi-Card, GPU, HDD and battery 
under /proc/acpi/ibm/thermal
