I have been fooling around with GPSDrive and am very impressed. However
I can't seem to get my ancient Garmin GPS 12 to talk to it, so I'm
considering getting a new GPS receiver- one of the "mouse" type ones
that's pretty much just an antenna.

After a little research it would seem that the Delorme Earthmate LT-20
looks like a good bet (ie. cheap and readily available). I also read
that since 2.6.10 an m-8 driver for it is in the kernel.

So, has anyone any experience of this unit, or would you recommend
another one instead?

I'm on a TP T21 (800MHz, 384 RAM), running Libranet 3.0 (Debian-based),
2.6.11.
