I think your BIOS-settings have IRQ11 shared among many devices. You
should enter in BIOS and probe to change it. My T23 also has IRQ
shared, but I don=B4t use APM nor ACPI, so this don=B4t hurt me.

In order to find out which devices corresponds to "0000:00:1d.0",
"0000:00:1d.0"..., you should use lspci or lshw.
