I'd rather have ATI. At least there's open source drivers for ATI
(<http://r300.sf.net/>) , even if they do lag. Binary only drivers
(e.g. NVidea) are a waste of space. if it doesn't work, where are you
going to get support from?

On the other had ATI support is completely pants... (read. None. You
get to send emails. Don't expect a reply or to have your problem fixed).
