well my laptop has a ati-firegl my desktop a nvidia-geforce4 mx 440
the laptop has 128MG-graphics-ram, the desktop only 64
my laptop has 1,5G ram, the desktop 0,5G

but the laptop gets ~1500 fps on glxgears, the desktop about 4k
