[ltp] T42 and tv-out

I know this is a recurrent question, but after reviewing all the posts 
of this list for the last months I'm still clueless.

Has anyone succeeded in getting his tv s-video output working (for 
example viewing a DVD on the TV) ?

If so, what is the method to be used ?

I'm just been through all the steps of

but my tv screen remains blank.

Any help would greatly be appreciated
