Bad idea. If you have 3 cells at 70% capacity and 3 at 20% capacity,
replacing the worse 3 ones will leave you having closer to 70 than 100
per cent of capacity.

However, if you replace all the cells, you are very, very likely to get
performance equal to a brand new battery. I've done that before and it works.
