[ltp] T41p, HD getting hot (~41C) with no reason ?

Hi,

I'm experiencing exactly the same problem with my A30p and Hitachi=20
HTS548060M9AT 60 GB drive. Originally there was an IBM Travelstar in my=20
notebook, but that one died after about 2 years. I'm afraid the same=20
temperature problem appeared there as well *sigh*
Now I'm monitoring temp all the time and hard-reboot whenever the problem=20
comes up.. :-(

Some days ago I thought I found the problem, as HD temp went down in=20
general by activating the "DynamicClocks" feature for the Radeon graphics.=
=20
(GPU seems to be located close to HD in my notebook).
But now it appeared again.

Cheers,

Jan
